Just when one would think everything has been already said on both sides of the NDP鈥檚 decision to implement the speculation tax, along comes David Antrobus with his thorough and objective analysis that helps to set the record straight.
Unfortunately, the NDP never learn from their mistakes, but continue to plow full steam ahead, stubbornly confident of their course and refusing to hear the passengers crying 鈥渋ceberg.鈥�
Just as Antrobus argues, it will not be just the government that goes down, but all the homeowners who are penalized with this tax, and an economy that was, until recently, sailing safely toward the setting sun.
