So ICBC intends to get itself out of its financial mess by adding $50 to every car owner鈥檚 insurance in September 2019. Is there anyone out there who hasn鈥檛 lent their car, van or truck to a family member or friend for a move, when their car was broken down, or when their spouse is stuck at work late?
It鈥檚 a flat-out cash grab to cover incompetent management and previous governments鈥� use of ICBC as a cash cow.
