As a longtime subscriber to the sa国际传媒 (love you, Jack Knox!), I feel compelled to correct a description in this article.
When a moving object (such as a coast guard vessel) meets an inanimate object (such as a breakwater), the result, I believe, is referred to as an 鈥渁llision,鈥� not a 鈥渃ollision.鈥� A collision results when two moving objects collide.
