Poor, poor millionaire homeowners. Now they know how it feels when low-income renters must fill in an application for Shelter Aid for Elderly Renters, or when the needy must fill in an application for social assistance. How degrading to be put into the same category. Why do they feel they should be exempt? And how else would the government determine who gets the grant?
