As a homeowner and taxpayer in Victoria, I find it curious that I could be fined (up to six months after) if my sidewalk isn鈥檛 cleared of snow by 10聽a.m. However, four days after what has been called the largest February snowfall in history, the City of Victoria hasn鈥檛 even attempted to clear the side streets.
Is it also subject to fines?
