It鈥檚 heartening to know that not all Langford residents are criminalizing the homeless and whipping up anger and hate as Mayor Stew Young is doing. The province has offered portable housing to every municipality that provides the land to deal with homelessness.
Instead of blaming the victims, why not blame the system that created this mess and work to change it? And where should the province deliver your supply of portable housing, Mayor Young?
