I, like many British Columbians, have been disappointed as successive governments have failed to implement the public鈥檚 wishes around ride-sharing.聽
I write from the back seat of a taxi as the driver is having a passionate conversation on his phone. As a customer, I am of no concern.
Quality of service drives public opinion. It is no wonder why so many cannot wait for ride-sharing.聽
