This is the time of year when we are reminded: 鈥淚t鈥檚 better to give than to receive.鈥�
Thankfully so, as our 鈥渟elfie鈥漬ess is ubiquitous.
I became aware this year that the number of child suicides is growing. And people seem preoccupied with planning their deaths or someone else鈥檚. I also became aware that there are 500 Canadians in sa国际传媒 who are waiting for a kidney.
What if we responded to the season鈥檚 message and gave more of ourselves to others 鈥� maybe even a kidney (we have two, and need only one).
It could heal both the giver and the receiver.
