The other day, the weather was so bad, I hunkered down and stayed home. The evening was made worse when a water main burst and sent water cascading down the street.
Luckily, Saanich workers came promptly to stem the flow and make repairs. After wind and more snow overnight, I knew I would not be going anywhere the next day, even on foot.
On the news there were many cancellations, including business, transport and schools. And yet, when I checked the front door about 7 a.m., there was my copy of the sa国际传媒, delivered safe and dry.
Thank you so much to all the dedicated workers who have helped reduce the negative impact of the current storm. And thank you, sa国际传媒, for delivering my paper.
