As our fellow citizens struggle with the recent snowstorm, it might be a good time to reflect on some of its positive benefits.
鈥� More empathy for the 鈥渞eal鈥� sa国际传媒 to the east, where they have to deal with wintery conditions for much longer periods.
鈥� Forcing us to slow down, and find the time to attend to neglected but important issues in our home lives.
鈥� Allowing us the time to think about future plans: Where we are going, and necessary actions to get there.
鈥� Thanking our police and fire departments, emergency responders, sa国际传媒 Hydro crews, etc., for keeping our communities safe and connected.
鈥� Thinking about ways to live more efficiently, in sync with the natural cycles of the planet.
