I have read the sa国际传媒鈥檚 report on the sa国际传媒 throne speech and cannot find any mention in it regarding the government鈥檚 intention to introduce legislation to implement the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples. See Vaughn Palmer鈥檚 column in the Vancouver Sun of Feb. 13.
