Surely it鈥檚 time to time to think outside the box. Maybe the connection between Langford and Victoria should be by gondola along the rail track. Clearly, experience at ski resorts has shown this to be affordable, reliable, relatively inexpensive and quick to build, and a fun way to get from A to B. And let鈥檚 try to keep it in the private domain.
