I enjoy Jack Knox鈥檚 columns on a regular basis, but I thought I might point out a slight error in Sunday鈥檚. He states: 鈥淧art of my meal 鈥� died violently.鈥�
In fact, almost all of your meal died violently 鈥� only the salt was not living. We can鈥檛 hear the carrot screaming as it is pulled from the ground, but that does not mean it was not a living organism.
