We shouldn't underrate sa国际传媒's capabilities

David Black's proposal has received the expected negative comment from sa国际传媒's professional naysayers.

At least he tried, at his own expense, to introduce some different thinking in an attempt to overcome some of the objections raised by those who firmly believe that Canadian technology is not sufficiently advanced to allow the design, construction and safe operation of a pipeline. Nor, it would appear, are we able to design a system that would allow safe navigation through coastal waters of various classes of vessels, notably tankers. In short, we are pretty hopeless.

In spite of our more obvious limitations, I was encouraged to see that sa国际传媒 had a role in NASA's recent accomplishment of landing an automobile-size rover on Mars. It's a truly remarkable effort that depended entirely on pre-programmed instructions, no human intervention at all, technology at its finest.

I wonder how good they are with pipelines.
