This bright and airy private room is actually a sectioned-off corner of someone's living room.
This in a two-bedroom two-bathroom Downtown Vancouver apartment comes with three other roommates (a couple and a woman), with one of which the prospective fourth roommate will also have to share a bathroom.
The living room, which has been turned into a makeshift room, is "very spacious and barely anyone uses it, except when cooking," the Facebook listing reads.
The kitchen and living room are only separated by a counter and a couch which is seen neatly tucked under the kitchen counter and facing the screen divider.
The semi-private room goes for $800 per month, but it comes with a few requirements. The space is available for women only and asks for a six-month commitment. Applicants who are working professionals are preferred.
Complete with in-unit laundry and parking, the living room is available for rent starting in September.
