The Victoria HarbourCats have added four more NCAA players — two infielders and two outfielders — to the roster for the 2022 West Coast League season.

Infielder Luke Cheng is from Illinois State, veteran infielder Cole Posey from New Mexico, outfielder Joseph Redfield is a Sam Houston commit and outfielder Clark Henry a University of Texas-San Antonio commit.

“These are four players we are very eager to see in front of our fans,” HarbourCats general manager Curtis Pelletier said.

The HarbourCats are set to return to action after two dark seasons due to the pandemic.

The home opener is on May 31 against the Port Angeles Lefties, the first of 34 home games to be played through the summer at Wilson’s Group Stadium at Royal Athletic Park.

The expansion Nanaimo NightOwls are set to make their WCL debut this summer.
