MOOSE JAW, Sask. - Marc McCoy scored two goals as the Regina Pats downed the host Moose Jaw Warriors 5-1 on Saturday in Western Hockey League play.

Regina went into Moose Jaw on Saturday looking for redemption after dropping a 4-3 decision at home on Thursday to the Warriors.

"They took two points from us at our home rink. So, coming into this game, that was big for us," said Pats' captain Colton Jobke. "You never want to lose back-to-back games to a division opponent."

Lane Scheidl, Adam Rossignol and Jack Rodewald also scored for the Pats (14-21-4) and Luke Fenske chipped in with three assists.

Brandon Potomak scored the lone goal for the Warriors (14-18-7), who played for the third time in three nights.

"We knew coming in that it was their third game in three nights with travel involved, so our goal going into the game was to push the pace and put pucks behind their (defencemen) and out-skate them," Jobke explained. "I think the biggest difference between this game and Thursday night was we moved our feet for 60 minutes and we just continued to battle."

Teagan Sacher made 24 saves for the win as Justin Paulic took the loss after allowing four goals on 28 shots through 32 minutes of play. Daniel Wapple stopped 5-of-6 shots in 27 minutes of relief.

Regina went 0 for 2 on the power play as Moose Jaw went 0 for 3.
