The Green Bay Packers have activated defensive end Mike Neal, who was suspended for the first four weeks of the season for violating the NFL's policy on performance-enhancing drugs. Neal tested positive for the banned prescription drug Adderall, used to treat attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and narcolepsy. To make room for Neal on the 53-man roster, the Packers waived end Phillip Merling.
