The Ridgefield Raptors defeated the Victoria HarbourCats 12-0 in a West Coast League baseball game in southern Washington state on Saturday night. Ridgefield moved to 12-7 in the South Division while the HarbourCats fell to 8-11 on the season in the North Division.
Ridgfield won the first game of the series 13-11 on Friday night.
The teams close out their set today in Ridgefield before the HarbourCats return to Wilson’s Group Stadium at Royal Athletic Park on Tuesday evening to begin a three-game set against the Cowlitz Black Bears.
The Nanaimo NightOwls (9-10) split a doubleheader Saturday against the Kelowna Falcons (7-9) with the Night Owls winning the first game 6-3 and the Falcons the second game 12-4.
The NightOwls are in Port Angeles to play the Lefties in a three-game series beginning Monday.
