鈥淗e鈥檚 fully committed for playoffs and that extends to the Mann Cup in hopes that we get there,鈥 said Shamrocks general manager Chris Welch. 鈥淚t is fairly minimal for the regular season.

鈥淲e won鈥檛 see him for a little while. It鈥檚 a fairly minimal regular season commitment due to his work commitments in Calgary and his playing commitments with the Hamilton Nationals [Major Lacrosse League].鈥

鈥淲e鈥檙e obviously very pleased to welcome Rhys back,鈥 added Welch. 鈥淗e鈥檚 one of the top players in the world today and he鈥檚 a Victoria guy who grew up dreaming of winning a championship with the Shamrocks. What more could you ask for?鈥
