In exchange for the rights to the two players, the Shamrocks receive the Burrards’ fourth-round pick in the 2014 draft and a second-round selection in 2015.
Levis, who made his first appearance in the Western Lacrosse Association for North Shore back in 1998, is a multiple award winner.
The just-turned 37-year-old earned the Leo Nicholson Trophy as outstanding goaltender in 2003; was named the WLA post-season most valuable player in 2007; and elected as a WLA all-star in 2003 and 2008.
Levis was shipped to the Shamrocks at the 2011 trade deadline after spending eight seasons with the Coquitlam Adanacs. Often injured and travelling to the Island from the mainland, he made six regular-season appearances for Victoria in each of the last two seasons, but did start all the playoff games.
Krgovich, a former captain of the Minto Cup-champion Coquitlam Adanacs, was drafted 17th overall by the Shamrocks in 2012, but never did suit up for the team.
