The Westshore Rebels stretched their win streak to three games on Sunday, rolling to a 58-0 whitewash of the winless Chilliwack Huskers at Bear Mountain Stadium.

Quarterback Mark Black threw for three touchdowns and running back Greg Morris trampled the Huskers' defence for more than 230 yards along the ground and four major scores in the win.

Morris unofficially amassed more than 230 rushing yards on just 10 carries, including touchdowns of 85, 63 and two yards. He also added a five-yard TD catch from Black.

Black spread the ball around nicley, adding a 31-yard TD pass to Vinnie Cannata and a 15-yard major to Cat Todorovich, who stood out among the receivers with five grabs for roughly 103 yards.

Johnny Quan added a two-yard touchdown run in the romp, while kicker Quinn Van Gylswyk added field goals of 32 and 47 yards. He also missed one wide right from 37 that went for a single, and the defence added a safety touch.

Rookie Connor Willis added 20 yards rushing on just three carries and an 18-yard reception.

Defensively, Wyatt Gray had a pair of quarterback sacks for the Rebels, while Chris Pastro and Nicholas Swaby added one apiece.

The Rebels improve to 3-1 on the season, alone in third place in the BCFC behind the 3-0-1 Langley Rams and Vancouver Island Raiders.

The Rebels get back to work on Saturday, Sept. 8, in Kelowna as they face the 1-3 Okanagan Sun at 7 p.m. at the Apple Bowl.

This week features a bye for all six BCFC clubs.
