Jennifer Thuncher

Jennifer Thuncher is the editor and a journalist at The Squamish Chief, where she has worked since 2014.

When not editing others' copy or meeting with locals, Jennifer writes various stories — from community events to in-depth environmental pieces to sports and hard news.

When not at work, Jennifer spends time in Squamish's backcountry hiking or 4x4ing with her partner and their boss, a border collie rescue named Toby. In the summer, her passion is goat yoga — as in doing yoga with baby goats.

She welcomes your questions, story ideas, opinions and dog advice.
