Michael John Lo is a sa¹ú¼Ê´«Ã½ reporter covering weekend breaking news, post-secondary issues and the changing face of the capital region.

Before working for the sa¹ú¼Ê´«Ã½, Michael was published in the Globe and Mail, The Tyee, and Capital Daily.

He lives in an apartment about the size of a one-car garage and often bikes to work. Sometimes he runs into stories along the way.

Michael graduated with a major in political science from UVic in 2022.
