On Dec. 5, a foreign traveller was stopped at the Vancouver airport.His laptop, cellphones and USB flash drives were seized.
Later that day, a U.S. resident was arrested aboard a bus at the Pacific Highway crossing due to images on his laptop. 鈥� CP
