The COVID-19 vaccine order for nurses and other health-care workers in hospitals remains in place, and some say that raises an issue of inequality.

The pandemic has altered the world we once knew, and its impact will be felt for years.

鈥淚 went from feeling like I had the flu with a massive headache, lower back pain, a clogged ear and being super tired 鈥� sleeping 20 hours the first day 鈥� to feeling 90 per cent myself within three hours of the treatment."

鈥淲e鈥檙e seeing the signs of chronic stress on the population,鈥� said Margaret Eaton, National CEO of CMHA.

If you want to protect yourself, there are several things you can do, says Dr. Isaac Bogoch. Those include wearing masks, being vaccinated, being around fewer people, and avoiding the three C鈥檚 鈥� close, crowded, confined settings.

"There will be no occupation in Victoria," says sa国际传媒 Premier John Horgan.

Victoria International Airport has relaxed its mask requirements over the area of the terminal where it has jurisdiction, but masks must be worn where federal rules apply.

The masking mandate will be dropped for most indoor public spaces on Friday. Some people may want to continue wearing masks in larger crowds and indoors, said Dr. Bonnie Henry.

People are eligible for one kit containing five tests every 28 days.
