Alberta country star Brett Kissel will perform twice on Vancouver Island this year, including a stop at the McPherson Playhouse on Dec. 5.
Kissel, 33, is touring to support The Compass Project, a four-album series exploring his roots as performer. South and East editions were released in early 2023, with West and North installments due in the coming months. In April, Kissel was awarded the Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee Medal for outstanding contributions to the province of Alberta.
