Today we officially wrapped up with sa国际传媒 听2012 Health Club challenge.

My fellow contestants have become a permanent part of my life. The growth that I feel within myself and see within my fellow health clubers is remarkable. We have gone through changes that are not only physical but emotional and I believe that we all have a different outlook on caring for ourselves. If we were ever to think of quitting we would just need to reflect on why we started. Why those applications were filled out and the joy we felt when we were the lucky five selected for this journey.

Personally I had a New Year's resolution, no different than every other year, except this year it wasn't just to have a goal. I felt and knew that this year had to be different. At 28-years-old I had to ask myself, 鈥渨hy?鈥. 听Why was I not changing? What was I holding onto? And if I kept struggling with this inner conflict I would never reach my full potential.

I believe that I was scared of the failure and used the many excuses that come with change, such as 鈥渢he mindset of I will start tomorrow or next month.鈥 So instead of attempting change, I just accepted defeat before I even began. If you change your mind, you can change your body. So I made a change and sent in that application and shared my story, and now I see change.

So a final thank you to my support network.

My fellow contestants, thank you for being an inspiration. A special thanks to Tania Bonfeild, you were my partner in crime! You and I now have a bond that will last a lifetime!

My trainer Zeke Cabell, thank you for pushing me out of my comfort zone. 84 days later and my fitness is at a level that I never knew I could reach. 听A few tears, a lot sweat, a blister or two, sore muscles, and hard work make for an experience that will last a life time.

The staff at PISE'S you are all fantastic....A wonderful facility full of wonderful people.

And to sa国际传媒, Thank you for seeing something in my application and choosing me as one of the lucky winners. I can only explain my joy by comparing it to watching Willy Wonka when I was little and dreaming about getting the "Golden Ticket". 听This is the adult version of that childhood dream.

My family and friends, thank you for believing in me.

Tomorrow starts my next 12 week challenge for myself. I will continue to blog and journal and embrace it all over again.

It comes down to some simple questions: What do you want out of life? What are you willing to do to get it?
