The District of Saanich hosts the third annual Saanich Cycling Festival at the University of Victoria on Sunday. In partnership with the university's Office of Campus Planning and Sustainability, the festival, which runs from 11: 30 a.m. to 2: 30 p.m. at UVic's lot #10, includes entertainment, information displays and activities for young and old.
