Flooding due to heavy rains reach Manitoba; some states of emergency
WINNIPEG — Heavy rains across Manitoba have prompted flood warnings for the northwest, Interlake and southwest parts of the province. Up to 72 millimetres more rain is expected to fall in some areas over the next few days.
