Too many politicians and civil servants

I have been a resident of the Capital Regional District for just over three years and have always puzzled at the proliferation of governments to run municipal affairs.

I and my family have camped for years, sometimes in provincial campsites, sometimes in minimal forest-service campsites and sometimes just in the bush.

MLAs not appointed in any system
