Restricted-rental condos not cheaper

Re: 鈥淗ousing hypocrisy from NDP government,鈥 letter, Dec. 16. The letter-writer says condos with restricted rentals tend to be lower-priced. I am not sure where he is getting that from. It鈥檚 not the case in Vancouver.

Alberta, stop putting eggs in one basket

The first rule of business is not to put all your eggs in one basket. For the past 50 years, Alberta has had boom-and-bust cycles in the oil industry. One week everything is rosy and the next week it is: 鈥淧lease just give us another chance.
