As we are to retain our system of voting, it is my privilege to let readers know that our Constitution clearly states that we have the government of our lieutenant-governor, in section 3(3), our premier is the president of our executive council 鈥渃omp

Congratulations to the new Saanich council for finally designating the forested area known as Haro Woods as 鈥減rotected parkland.鈥� It has been more than 50 years in the making.
