Many will stick to simplest system

Move more boldly on electric vehicles

Re: 鈥渟a国际传媒 targets total zero-emission vehicles on roadways by 2040,鈥 Nov. 21. Premier John Horgan and his government are to be applauded for taking the bold step of requiring all new cars sold in BC. by 2040 to be zero-emission. Bravo.

Public鈥檚 wishes are being ignored

Re: 鈥渟a国际传媒 ride-hailing model looks like expanded taxi industry: critics,鈥 Nov. 21. I, like many British Columbians, have been disappointed as successive governments have failed to implement the public鈥檚 wishes around ride-sharing.

Investigation looks like a vendetta

Re: 鈥淪peaker wanted pal in key role,鈥 Nov. 23. As details begin to be teased out, the investigation of the sergeant-at-arms and the clerk of the legislature begins to look more like a personal vendetta than it purports to be.

City hasn鈥檛 listened to cab companies
